Dreaming is an unconscious phenomenon wherein sometime you have no logic behind the exsistence of the dream.The most bizzare and wonderful phenomenon is a dream, what is a dream? when will it occur? what is the nature of the dreams ? is it other side of reality?.Sometimes in life i feel that the real self is the once who lives in the dream state and the one that is present in the real world is nothing but the projection of the dream which you dream of.
The answers to these solution results in numerous philosophical debate that we cannot understand or will bounce out of our perception.The strong desire to think about one self is a very tricky and nerve wrenching trick that you impose on yourself.The dream is a phenomenon where the parts of the body is parlyzed and brain does the debugging or reality check on the senses.It is like testing the code and fixing the bugs if any, one of the mysterious phenomenon ever is the dream itself.
In scientific term dream is form where there is a series of movement of the eyes which we call scientifically as REM sleep(Rapid Eye Movement).The EEG(Electro Encephalo Graph) signals varies during the sleep sate you can do further research on it in interenet.If you have noticed someone falling asleep you can see their eyes half opened and will be moving rapidly.It’s nothing but the indication that the person is dreaming.Children’s in general dream a lot more than the rest of us adults.The very rapid movement will last for minutes to hours sometimes.In dreams no matter whatever you think or feel it looks like we took a long time in dreaming.
The mind’s projection of the time is more when compared to the real time.If you dream for a few minutes, by the time you awake you look like as if you woke up from a dream many years altogether.Lucid dream is a phenomenon wherein you have the control to the actions.
How to lucid dream?
1. Try asking yourself the question “Am i dreaming or is this the reality? Again and Again on the daytime.
2. Try concentrating on your hands for a long time gaze at the fingers for a long time.
3.Do reality checks often by asking the question where am i?
4.Before going to sleep just gaze around the wall and look for the things that inspires and interests you for a long time.

First thing to notice that the switches that you switch in dream will never turn off or will not work slowly there will be case and the possibility of levitation of many things taking place , well it takes a while to notice it.In dreams you look at images or other things blurry and hazy.Whenever you wake up from a dream try recollecting it and make a recording of it into your personal recorder or a dream journal.No matter whatever you wish you can fulfill it in the dream.The dreams are the stepping stones for your goals.If you want to achieve something always think of dreams. If you give priority for your thoughts 100% , and i am definetly sure that the results will ripe within due time.
